Be sure to take advantage of one of our supplementary classes Yoga (6am), Gymnastics (10am, 5:15pm), Olympic Lifting (6:15pm).  Very good classes to help you break down the movements and help you get better at the movements you may lack.


A.  Complete the following for time:

50 Cals on Rower

50 Box Jumps-24/20

50m Bear Crawl (10m increments)

50 Cals on Rower

*notes- do some extra mobility work after your workout.
