CONDITIONING

For Time:

In teams of 2 complete three rounds each, alternating between P1 and P2.

A.  3 Rounds of:

Run 150 m

15 Wall Ball-20/15 (10’/9′)

B.  3 Rounds of:

Row 150 m

8 T2B

C.  3 Rounds of:

10 AD Cals

10 Pull-ups (adv. 3 muscle-ups)

then,

For Time:

200 Double Unders

*Alternate between P1 and P2, each time one person breaks the other must go.
