FUNCTION / DRIVE
A. In teams of 2 complete the following for time of:
30 Wall Balls-20/15 (10’/9′)
30yd OH Walking Lunge-45/25
30 DB Shoulder to Overhead-50/30
30 Deadlifts- 225/135
*notes- 1. The wall balls are performed one athlete at a time, 30 each. When both have completed the wall balls athletes will move together as a team.
2. The middle 4 exercises are performed together, each athlete will start at different stations at the same time. Each athlete will rotate in the order listed, when both athletes have finished all 4 exercises they will move to the Deadlift together and perform 30 Deadlifts each.
