Check out these tough CFTC kids! We have had some really good kids crossfit classes this past year and we are planning on keeping them going every month for as long is there is a demand. In the past we have scheduled two month sessions, then we would stop for a couple of months then start back up again. For the future we are planning on continuing them month after month for as long as possible. If you have any kids that would be interested in joining we will be starting a new session in December. Now is the time to teach our children good habits with proper form and you never know what the future might hold for them.
