Crossfit competition season is slowly coming upon us starting with Fitness Elevated Dec. 9th. We have several of our athletes preparing to go and give it their all. There are also online competitions you can compete in that offer free gear and prizes. If anyone is interested for an online comp you can go and register at WODClub Open Crossfit Competition. Some people register for 5k’s, half marathons and marathons, I encourage everyone to try something new and register for a crossfit competition. There is no better feeling then accomplishing something you never thought you could do!
“Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 sec of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups and finally the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest b/t sets. Score is total reps of all four exercises.
