A.  Teams of 2 complete, with only one athlete working at anytime, complete 3 sets for max reps of:

3 min Wall Ball- 20/15 (10’/9′)

-Rest 2 min

3 min Power Clean- 135/95

-Rest 2 min

3 min Burpee Pull-ups

-Rest 2 min

B.  Complete 1 mile relay, one athlete running at a time, rotate every two laps.
