WOD

5 Rounds of:

Deadlift- 3 reps, heavy

rest 10 sec.

1 min Burpee Box Jump

rest 3 min

*REST 5 MINUTES

5 Rounds for time of:

30 KB Swings- 53m/35w

30 Double Unders

Your first score will be your heaviest load lifted + 1 point added to that total for every burpee box jump.  The second score will be your time to finish all 5 rounds.  ex. 550/8:00
