Complete 40 intervals of 20 sec of work followed by 10 sec of rest. Perform 8 consecutive intervals of each of the following exercises:
Hang Power Snatch-75m/55w
Box Jumps- 20″
Push Press- 75m/55w
CROSSFIT ENDURANCE- meet in the spin room at 6am!
