Tabata Again!

Complete 40 intervals of 20 sec of work followed by 10 sec of rest.  Perform 8 consecutive intervals of each of the following exercises:

Hang Power Snatch-75m/55w

SDHP-75m/55w

Box Jumps- 20″

Push Press- 75m/55w

Cal Row

 

CROSSFIT ENDURANCE- meet in the spin room at 6am!

 

Not sure if the power is going to be on in the morning, I will get there early and post if power is back on, if anyone knows please post to comments.  Be sure you check the website comments before you come to class.

  1. What ever happened to personal responsibility? Do the Japanese people need or want the government measuring their wastes to make sure they are “fit”? (Holy S**t) .. Poor Japanese people being taken advantage of by America’s big bad Mc Donalds (brings a tear to my eyes)

  2. I LOVE the idea of encouraging healthy eating, but the government should not be the ones forcing it upon people. However, as bad as it is that the government is doing that, it will probably work.
