Regular class schedule today 7:30, 8:30, 9:30. If you can get out of bed early on Saturday please come to the earlier classes 7:30 & 8:30, they are far less crowded and cuts down on so many people at 9:30.
In teams of 2 you will complete for time:
Relay run 1 mile
Base station- 15 kbs-53/35, 15 thrusters-75/55, 15 sit-ups, 15 slam balls-20/10
15 HSPU- each person
50 jumping squats
25 knees to elbow
* base station- team members must rotate one exercise at a time after each teammate has finished their full 15 reps. Base station is completed once each person has completed all 4 exercises.Posted on: December 2, 2011admin
