In teams of two you will complete

For Time:

Run 1 Lap (155m)

50 Burpees

Run 2 Laps (310m)

100 Push-ups- lift hands at the bottom

Run 3 Laps (465m)

150 Walking Lunges

Run 4 Laps (620m)

200 Squats

Run 3 Laps

150 Alt. Russian Step Ups- 24″m/20″w

Run 2 Laps

100 Depth Push-ups- both hands on plates

Run 1 Lap

50 Bastards- burpee with a jumping knee tuck
