Still learning Clean & Jerk pick a weight that allows you to work on perfect form.

Bonus Work:

Accumulate 3 min alternating between L-sits and Hollow Rocks-  Go until failure on L-sits then switch to Hollow rocks accumulate a total of 3 minutes of both.
