  1. Good luck Mike, keep up the work ethic you have and rehab will be easy. Anyone that has ordered any t-shirts and or Hoodies. We have some now in stock the rest we will have before Christmas. Be sure to see me to get yours. Also everyone better be planning on attending the Christmas Party on the 11th. Should be all sorts of fun!

  2. Ohhhh noooo! Mike! What a bite in the rear. I was just commenting on a Miami Dolphin who was playing 4 1/2 months after his achilles surgery. Maybe Crossfit is just too rough. Get better soon my friend!

  3. Owwweee Mike, sorry to hear …. but I will have positive thoughts and prayers for you… maybe your body is talking to you …. Listen to it and do what is best for yourself.

    If they have to cast your foot, ask for some red and white stripes– might as well have fun with it right? It would look rather cute on you, I think Heather would agree too :). Having a downslide is dang hard but It is obvious you have the love, strength and support to do it.

  4. Hate to hear this Mike. I know you were chomping at the bit to get going again. Now you get even more time to work on that upper body. By the time your achilles is healed you’ll own the muscle up record. Stay strong buddy!

  5. Quick update… Mike tore his achilles again… had his boot off and hobbled to the bathroom, tripped on a rug and fell on his foot. He had surgery again today, hurting a little more than last time, but doing well, considering. Hard cast now, instead of a removable boot. I’m sure he appreciates all of the thoughts for a speedy recovery, give him a couple of days to respond…
