A picture of my son, so proud of him got his first muscle-up today!



5 Rounds for time of:

500 Meter Row

12 Deadlifts- Body weight

21 Box Jumps

 * Because we only have 6 rowers, we will have to run through this workout in groups.  There will be a 20 min cut-off.  First group will start at about 15 after, second group will start as soon as the last person finishes and we will continue until everyone is able to have their fun!

  1. Please be patient with the wod today, we have limited amount of rowers but we will get through everyone eventually. Anyone that made t-shirt orders check with me, we may have your sizes in already.
