Just in case you may have forgot here are the times of our classes. In order for us to provide the proper teaching and instruction we need everyone there on time. If you prefer to workout on your own time/schedule please come to the open gym times. Thank you for your help.

- Tues: 5:00, 6:00, 9:00am – Open Gym 7-9:00am & 10-11:00am – 4:15, 5:15, 6:15pm
- Wed: 5:00, 6:00, 9:00am – Open Gym 7-9:00am & 10-11:00am – 4:15, 5:15, 6:15pm
- Thurs: 6:00 & 9:00am – Open Gym 7-9:00am & 10-11:00am – 4:15pm
- Fri: 5:00, 6:00, 9:00am – Open Gym 7-9:00am & 10-11:00am – 4:15, 5:15pm
- Sat: 7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am
No organized start time for class. A workout will be posted. People may come in between those hours to perform their workout.
Thursday 10:00am & 5:15pm

FUNCTION / DRIVE
A. Complete 10 rounds of:
20 m Prowler Push (10m high/10m low)- extremely heavy!
-Rest 60 sec.

Yoga- 6am in small room upstairs.
Gymnastics- 10am and 5:15pm.
Olympic Lifting- will be cancelled due to Tyson’s wedding reception.
