12/19/11 WOD

Cassidy getting pumped for his 921lb Squat w/ chains!  I had the opportunity to go down and train with Cassidy this past Saturday and loved the intensity he brings to his training.  I can’t wait to get him up here with us and make all of us a little stronger!

AMRAP HSPU

AMRAP Dips

AMRAP Push-ups

Row 300 m

*score total reps completed and how many row rounds completed.

 

CF ENDURANCE-  Meet in the spin room at 6am!  Everyone that is planning on running any endurance events (run, bike, swim) this spring and summer needs to take advantage of this class.  Autumn does a great job of not only giving you a great workout but teaching you proper mechanics.

 

CROSSFIT SCHEDULE THROUGH CHRISTMAS-  Regular Schedule this week except for Saturday we will only be holding one class at 8:30am.  There will be NO CLASSES on Monday the day after Christmas.  Get ready for the 12 days of Christmas WOD!
