If you are going to be more then 10-15 minutes late, please wait for the next class time or get your butt out of bed a little bit earlier!

Thur- Regular Schedule
Fri- We will have an open gym from 7 am to 1pm. No scheduled class times. You can come in anytime between those times and get your 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS WORKOUT! Bring a friend, no one should suffer through this alone.
Sat- Have a MERRY CHRISTMAS!
