AMRAP in 12 min of:

310 Meter Run (2 laps)

5 Deadlifts

*Score will be load and rounds (ex. 405/5)

ATTENTION-  For your own safety and benefit please don’t be late to your class times.  It is very important that you don’t miss the warm-up and instruction for the workout of the day.  If you are going to be more then 10-15 minutes late, please wait for the next class time or get your butt out of bed a little bit earlier! 

Here is the schedule for the rest of the week.

Mon- Regular Schedule

Tues- Regular Schedule

Wed- Regular Schedule ( Henry’s going away party!  Can’t miss this one, everyones favorite FRAN!)

Thur- Regular Schedule

Fri-  We will have an open gym from 7 am to 1pm.  No scheduled class times.  You can come in anytime between those times and  get your 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS WORKOUT!  Bring a friend, no one should suffer through this alone.

  2. Lindsay, I feel you are reprimanding me and I am totally deserving of this….I will do better to be on time! Blake, as a Clinical Dietitian who has spent time counseling the emotionally devastated victims of eating disorders, I am totally offended by your shirt and I have NEVER laughed harder!!!

  3. Bryan, yes the schedule will be normal on the 27th. As far as the open gym on friday, I will be there all morning you can come in at anytime and do your workout. Your welcome to come with friends or do by yourself. And there will be plenty of metallica Rowdy!
