Who’s up for the Challenge??  An SLC restaurant giving a $500 prize for anyone that can eat this Burger…don’t worry it’s paleo!

STRENGTH

A.  Back Squats- 3 x10 – heaviest possible; rest 3 min

* Squats should be performed as quickly as possible.

CONDITIONING

EMOM for 10 min of:

2 Deadlifts @ 65% of 1RM

5 Clapping Push-ups

*rest 5 min

EMOM of 5 min of:

5 Strict Pull-ups (adv. add weight)

10 KBS- 53/35 (adv. 70/53)

then;

For Time:

Run 800 m

  1. Heart Attack special right there… If anyone wants a fantastic burger, hit up Lucky 13 in SLC. Right off of 1300 south exit. So damn good!
