WOD
A. Clean pulls- work on positioning, bring bar 1″ above knee (take off position) and pause for 2 sec. Lower weight to floor and repeat. On 3rd rep pause and explode to a clean pull x 5
+
5 rounds of:
15 unbroken pull-ups
20 unbroken wall balls- 20/15 (10’/9′)
25 unbroken double unders

CROSSFIT ENDURANCE- running at 5pm, meet in Crossfit

* rest 4 min b/t rounds while running on track, conversation pace.
