A. Complete the following as fast as possible of:

200m Prowler Push (20m High/20m low)- 180/90

-Rest 5 min, then..

B. Complete 50-40-30-20-10 reps of:

Calories on Airdyne

-rest 1:1

C. 5-10 min Mobility work- foam roll, lacrosse ball, bands etc.

Yoga- 6am

Olympic lifting 6:15pm
