ATTENTION- Due to the freak ice storm and the five car pile up last night on the hills coming to the OAC we will be cancelling the 5 and 6am classes tomorrow. As of now we are still planning on having a regular schedule the rest of the day but check back regularly this may change due to the weather.
A. Deadlift- 3 x 10- heaviest possible; rest 3 min b/t sets
B1. Box Squat to Box Jump- 5 x 5- jump to highest box possible; rest 60 sec.
B2. Strict Tempo Supinated Pull-ups- 5 x 5 ( fast up, 5 count down); rest 60 sec.
AMRAP in 10 min
(perform 5 burpees at the top of each minute)
