Nothing to lose, everything to gain!

FUNCTION

A.  For Time:

“Angie”

100 Pull-ups

100 Push-ups

100 Sit-ups

100 Squats

-Rx’ed complete all reps of each exercise before moving to the next level.

– I realize this is not a easy workout, please scale as needed. An example of scaling would be to break up each movement until you have totaled 100 reps of each movement or lessen the reps.  Challenge yourself!

*Score- time for angie

 

DRIVE

A.  8:00 to work to a 3RM Power Snatch (TnG reps, stay within allotted time)

B.  1 x ME TnG Power Snatch @85% of A.

C.  3 x 2 Strict Press + 5 Push Press- heaviest possible; rest 90 sec.

D.  For Time:

“Diane”

Deadlift-225/155

HSPU

  1. There has been some confusion with the meeting time and place for the challenge. The meeting is TONIGHT!!!! 6:30 p.m. in the conference room down by the kids zone. Be there or be square!!
