– I realize this is not a easy workout, please scale as needed. An example of scaling would be to break up each movement until you have totaled 100 reps of each movement or lessen the reps. Challenge yourself!

A. 8:00 to work to a 3RM Power Snatch (TnG reps, stay within allotted time)
B. 1 x ME TnG Power Snatch @85% of A.
C. 3 x 2 Strict Press + 5 Push Press- heaviest possible; rest 90 sec.
