A2.  Close Grip Bench Press- 3,3,3,2,2,1; rest 2 min

B.  2 min max reps Hand Release Push-ups

CONDITIONING

10 min Clock:

5 min AMRAP of:

then;

Run 800m

  1. Alright I bought 10 new lacrosse balls last yesterday and already 3 are gone and somebody took the best black foam roll we have…really! Come on those are like $2 and I hope who ever you are you injure yourself on the foam roll!
