CONDITIONING

8 Rounds of:

80 sec Sprints

40 sec Recovery

MIDLINE

A1.  3 x ME Strict T2B; rest 30 sec.

A2.  3 x  15 Strict GH Raises; rest 30 sec

A3.  3 x 15 Anchored Banded Sit-ups; rest 30 sec

On Thursday’s from now on we are going to add a Mobility WOD for everyone to do even if it is typically your day off.  Please take the time at least once a week to fix any problems and to prevent any future problems.  Over time you will be introduced to several mobilities some you may like others you won’t, but all are good for you!
