B.  Dips (stable bar)- 2 x max reps (20+); rest 2 min

CONDITIONING

Airdyne 3 min for max cals

Row 1K for time

*rest 5 min

15 KB Manmakers- 53/35 (push-up/renegade row/push-up/renegade row/ squat clean/thruster/lunge R/lunge L= 1 rep)
