A.  Bench Press Cluster- 1,1,1 x 3- heavier then last week; rest 20 sec/rest 2 min

CONDITIONING

10 Rounds for time of:

10 HR Push-ups

8 Knees to Elbow

6 Lateral Hurdle Hops-24/20

4 C2B Pull-ups

2 Wall Walks

ACCESSORIES

A.  100 Banded Pull Aparts- AFAP

  1. I think he was trying to kill us all by posting the wod so early!!! It was like 8pm!! I about fell out of my bed! (Yes I was in bed at 8pm)
