Congratulations to Sue week 4 challenge winner.  Today is the last day of the 30 day clean eating challenge, weigh ins and measurements need to be scheduled with Marie.  Great job to all the stuck it out, through these challenges you learn a lot about yourself and your relationship with food.  For those of you that stayed strong and can’t wait to go and eat all that sugar that you may have been craving, take note to how your body reacts to the sugar or dairy after staying clean for so long.  Stay clean 30 days is just the beginning!

STRENGTH

A1.  3 x 5 Push Press Behind the Neck- heavy as possible; rest 60 sec.

A2.  3 x 5 Pendlay Rows- heavy as possible; rest 60 sec.

CONDITIONING

For Time:

Run 400 m

5 Rounds of:

5 Pull-ups

10 HR Push-ups

15 Squats

Run 400 m

5 Rounds of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats

Run 400 m

*Weighted Vest Option- 20lbs Men/ 10lbs Women
