A.  300 FY

10 min Max Airdyne Cals

B.  Complete 10 Rounds of:

Row 1 min, Rest 1 min

* Row for 1 min as many meters as you can, rest one minute.

* Continue this cycle for a total of 20 min

* Your score is total number of meters rowed- goal is to row at least 3,000m (men), 2,500 (women)

*Penalty is 1 Burpee Pull-up for every 5 meters under target meters (3,000/2,500)

C.  For Max Distance:

2:00 min Sprint, 2:00 min Recovery

  1. Ha ha ha I missed the ‘choose one’ I was all set to do all 3 until Kurt told me I was crazy! Which I am. I would’ve died. Lesson learned.. I will read the wods more closely from here on out
