STRENGTH

A.  10 x 3 Deadlift @ 80% of 1RM; rest 60 sec.

CONDITIONING

Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 min of:

3 Power Snatch-115/85

6 Box Jumps-24/20

9 Toes to Bar

*Rest 1 min, complete 5 cycles

MIDLINE

A1.  3 x 20 Banded Sit-ups; rest 45 sec.

A2.  3 x 10 WTD Back Ext; rest 45 sec.
