200 Double Unders

90 Burpees

80 Sit-ups

70 HR Push-ups

60 Box Jumps-24/20

50 Squats

40 DB Thrusters-50/30×2

30 Clean & Jerks-135/95

Run 800m

– partition the reps as needed, 800m run together.
