An evening with the Hansen/Jerman Family.

SCHEDULE (Presidents Day)- we will NOT have the 5am and 6:15pm Classes today, regular schedule other then those two classes.

STRENGTH

A. Take 20 min to work up to the heaviest 1RM Clean for the day.

CONDITIONING

7 Rounds for total reps

2 min AMRAP of:

30 Double Unders

ME CTB Pull-ups (15 rep cap)- adv. ME Muscle-ups (7 rep cap)

ME Burpees

*rest 1 min

MIDLINE

Tabata Sit-ups (4 min)

  1. Yes weird is a very good way to describe the Harlem shake, and my families choice of activities. i do want you all know This was Bordys and Matt’s idea.
