FUNCTION / DRIVE

A.  Complete 7 sets of the following:

1 min AD

1 min Run

1 min Row

1 min Plank on Rings

1 min Bear Crawl

1 min Burpee Broad Jumps

-Consistent pace throughout.

B.  5-10 min Mobility Work- can’t stress enough how important is to take time after each workout and stretch or foam roll.  We put our bodies through a lot and we need to take some time and take care of it at the end of the day.
