CONDITIONING

Choose One…

– Row 3 x 1,000m; rest 2:1- 20 Burpee Penalty for every set that deviates 5 sec from fastest set.

– Run 4 x 800m; rest 1:1- 20 Burpee Penalty for every set that deviates 5 sec from fastest set.

– Swim 4 x 250 m; rest 1:1- 20 Burpee Penalty for every set that deviates 5 sec from fastest set.

**Swim!! I know this is rare but is a good active recovery and we have access to one.
