A.  5 x 3 Hang Snatch- build to heaviest possible, sets must be unbroken; rest 60-90 sec.

CONDITIONING

Complete the following for time:

150 Slam Balls- 30/20

*Perform 2 Power Snatch (115/85) every minute on the minute, beginning after the first minute,

ACCESSORIES

A.  100 Banded Pull Aparts

B.  3 x 20 Reverse Hypers
