A.  HB Back Squat- 1×5@70%, 1×5@75%, 1×3@80%, 1×3@85%, 3×2@90%- rest 1-2 min

CONDITIONING

A.  90 Pull-ups for time ( 5 thrusters on the top of each minute 95/65)

*Adv. 30 Muscle-ups for time (5 thrusters on the top of each minute 95/65)

*Rest 3 min

B.  Run 800 m for time

MIDLINE

A1.  3 x 20 GHD Sit-ups; rest 45 sec.

A2.  3 x 10 Good Mornings- 65/45; rest 45 sec.
