A. Back Squat- 1×5@60%, 1×5@65%, 2×5@70%- rest as needed.

B. Front Squat- 1×5@60%, 1×5@70%, 1×5@75%, 1×5@80%- rest as needed.

-all percentages based off most recent 1RM.

C. AMRAP in 10 min

10 STO-115/75

30 Split Jumps

C. 100 Sit-ups, not for time.

DRIVE

A. Deadlift- 1×10@55%, 1×10@65%, 1×6@75%, 1×6@85%, 1×4@95%- rest as needed.

-these are not touch and go reps.
