Olympic Lifting meet style- warm up to get yourself ready for 3 attempts, you will start with Snatches for max weight. Once complete, you will warm up Clean & Jerk and then 3 attempts at max weight. Your score of both lifts (snatch/clean & jerk) is your Olympic Total.
