A. Close grip bench press- find 1RM; rest as needed.
B. AMRAP HSPU in 10 min

Conditioning

2 min ME Double Unders
then (no rest)
3 rounds for total reps:
1:00 min ME KBS-70/53
rest 30 sec.
1:30 min ME Burpee Box Jump-30/24
rest 30 sec.
2 min ME Cal Row
Then,
 2 min ME Double Unders

  1. Forgot to post this. For those of you that are competing in the 2013 reebok crossfit games open. We will have a meeting Saturday after the 9:30 class to go over details of how it works, testing days etc… The entire CFTC should sign up its only $20 you will be doing the workout anyway weather you are signed up or not, this way you can compare yourself to the region and the world!
