FUNCTION / DRIVE

A. Complete in 9 min:

2 min Burpees

2 min GHD Sit-ups

2 min KBS-53/35

1 min Burpees

1 min GHD Sit-ups

1 min KBS-53/35

B. 5-10 minutes Mobility Work- rollers, lacrosse ball, etc…

*Be sure to attend a specialty classes-to improve your gymnastics skills 10am & 5:15pm. Olympic lifting technique 6:15pm. Need to improve your flexibility go to Yoga at 6am.

    I need to express a frustration I have experienced as of late. I realize the club is everyone’s and that our area can be used by others than Crossfitters. However, 2 of the last 3 nights (6:15), during the WODs, either the teens being trained by Emmett or the people in the class taught by Brenda come and take equipment that is being used for our WOD or set up in areas where we have to relocate during the WOD. I am not complaining about either trainer, more of the fact that the non-Crossfit people who are using the Crossfit area during the WODs need to be made aware that if people are in the middle of their workout, don’t just take equipment without asking or set up where someone is working. Rant over.
