A. 15 min to build to a “heavy” Back Squat.
-if feeling good, go for a new 1RM.

B. AMRAP in 6 min

1 Power Clean- LI-115/75, LII-135/95

1 Burpee over BB

-rest 6 min, then..

C. AMRAP in 6 min

1 STO- LI-115/75, LII-135/95

-scale T2B for V-ups.

DRIVE

A. 8 min to work to a 1RM Power Clean + jerk (4-5 attempts)

B. Every 30 sec for 3:00- 1 PC + Jerk @80% of A.

C1. Back Squat- 4×8@80%- rest 90 sec.

C2. BB Bentover Row- 4×8- heaviest possible; rest 90 sec.

D. For Time:

400m Sandbag Run-80/40

35 Thursters-45/34

21 C2B Pull ups

21 Thrusters-95/65

21 C2B Pull ups

9 Thrusters-135/95
