Row 2K (alternate b/t partners until you reach 2K, may only complete in 250m increments)

50 Burpee Pull-ups

150 AD Cals (alternate b/t partners until you reach 150 cals, may only complete in 15 cal increments)

50 Burpee Pull-ups

Run 800 m
