Impressive work by Kris H. pulling a 300# deadlift at a body weight of 135#, keep up the strong work…on a side note her husband John pulled a 515# deadlift earlier in the day!

STRENGTH

A.  3 x 5 Back Squat @ 80% (5% higher then last week); rest 2 min b/t sets.

B.  5 x 5 Push Press @ 70%;rest 2 min b/t sets.

CONDITIONING

3 Rounds for total reps of:

1 min ME Front Squats- 135/95

1 min ME HSPU

1 min ME KBS-53/35

1 min ME Pull-ups

*rest 1 min

* After the last round at the end of 1 min of pull-ups immediately with no rest

Run 465m (3 laps)
