Margit not a pound lost on the scale but can’t fit into her old pants anymore…just goes to show weight doesn’t matter!



As many reps as possible in 10 min of:

5 Shoulder to Overhead- 115/75

10 Deadlift- 115/75

15 Box Jumps-24/20

*There will be scaling options for those that are not competing in the open.


A1.  3 x ME Strict T2B; rest 60 sec.

A2.  3 x ME Plank on Rings (feet elevated above rings on box); rest 60 sec.
