In teams of 2 complete the following:

A. 4 min of 45 sec on / 15 sec off with partners switching between the following exercises during the 4 minutes.

Push Press-95/65 / KBS-53/35

Double Unders / SDHP-53/35

Sit-ups / Strict Pull-ups

Burpees / Wall Ball-20/15 (10’/9′)

T2B / OHS-45/33

– 1 minute rest after completing each 4 minute pair.
