STRENGTH

A.  3 x 5 HB Back Squat @ 83%; rest 90 sec

B.  5 x 5 Push Press @ 76%; rest 90 sec.

CONDITIONING

For Time:

75 Pull-ups

-EMOM beginning after the first minute perform 3 cleans

*Rest 2 min

75 Lateral Burpees

-EMOM beginning after the first minute perform 3 cleans

*Cleans use 80% of your most recent 1RM, both pieces have an 8 min time cap.
