If at all possible get your testing for the Open Workout 13.3 done before Saturday. We are going to have one last workout on Saturday for our friends Travis and Heather as they prepare to leave for Texas next week. If it wasn’t for Travis Crossfit The Club would never be here, so we have to send them off right crossfit style!

Row 500 m

30 Bench Press- BW

Row 1,000 m

20 Bench Press- BW

Row 2,000 m

10 Bench Press- BW

Make up Day

Choose any workout from Monday- Tuesday or Wednesday.

OLYMPIC LIFTING- tonight at 6:15.
