It’s getting that time of year again where we can go outside and take advantage of our lovely hills!



A.  Teams of 2 complete the following for time:

Run 800m

40 Target Burpees-6″

20 Partner Deadlifts-450/315

*Teams will run together, partition the burpees as needed and then both will be on the deadlift together on one bar.
