JumpnRope Double Under Seminar this Saturday from 9-11am, register under our events page if you would like to attend.  On Saturday we will have an open gym schedule from 7-8:30am if you need to come in and finish any testing.  Everyone will need to be finished up by 9am for seminar.

STRENGTH

A.  4 x 2 HB Back Squat–@85%; rest 1-2 min

CONDITIONING

For Max Reps:

1 min ME Ring Dips

then, (no rest)

4 min AMRAP of:

5 Wall Walks

30 Double Unders

10 OHS-75/55
