A. In 20 min complete:

Run 200m w/ partner

Then, AMRAP (1 person working at a time)

8 Sandbag Get-ups-80/40

12 Box Jumps-24/20

16 Push-ups

20 Slam Ball-30/20

-stop every 5 min to run 200m w/ partner then continue w/ AMRAP
