2014 Games Open standards

FUNCTION / DRIVE

A.  Open 14.2

-Every 3:00 for as long as possible complete:

0:00-3:00 min

2 Rounds of:

10 OHS

10 Pull-ups

3:00-6:00 min

2 Rounds of:

12 OHS

12 Pull-ups

6:00-9:00 min

2 Rounds of:

14 OHS

14 Pull-ups

*continue this pattern until you fail to complete both rounds in time given.

* 14.2 Standards is 95lbs men/ 65lbs women and chest to bar pull-ups.  There will be scaling options for those that are not competing and learning overhead squats.

B1.  3 x 10 Med Ball Around the Worlds- 20/15- rest 10 sec.

B2.  3 x 60 sec Weighted Plank- heavy as possible- rest 3:00
