Men’s rx’ed– 75, 135, 165, 210

Women’s rx’ed– 45, 75, 100, 120

Master’s men– 45, 75, 100, 120

Master’s women– 35, 55, 75, 90

*Burpees must jump and touch 6″ above max reach.

* There will be scaling options for those of you that are not signed up for the open.
